What began with the Trilogy Ocean Challenge has inspired further action—and now, we proudly introduce the next chapter: Boys Higher.
Boys Higher is a powerful new initiative that blends purpose with endurance. From 5–15 July, four of Pretoria Boys High’s own, Chris Oldnall, Luke Allan, Wade Grundy, and Keegan McIntosh, will attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro, honouring the school’s mentor/mentee tradition.
Each climber is part of a mentor/mentee bond—reflecting Pretoria Boys High’s deep-rooted tradition of brotherhood and leadership. These relationships go beyond tradition; they are a testament to the values that shape future leaders and change-makers and embody the heart of The Legacy Program to empower talented children with limited resources.

This expedition is dedicated to raising funds for The Legacy Program—a transformative initiative that provides bursaries, mentorship, life skills, and holistic development to children who show extraordinary potential but lack access to resources.
